Shanahan coy on QB; Garoppolo all but confirms

Incumbent 49ers QB Jimmy Garoppolo all but confirmed he would start Sunday's opener, and though Kyle Shanahan again declined when asked to name his starter, the coach did say, "I feel like I've already answered it."
